I’ve been attending the Ackerman Clinic this past year for a bone graft and 2 implants. I had my final visit today when Dr Putter fitted two perfect implants. I’m thrilled with the result. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and Dr Putter is a perfectionist. My new teeth are perfect. The bone graft was done in an hour and a half and the result was positive. It was not painful and I just needed painkillers when I was recovering at home afterwards. The equipment they have at the clinic is first class. Thank you Dr Putter and all the staff.

I was advised to have the crown taken off an impacted wisdom tooth which was causing infection, and then a bone graft would be put on the jaw under the gum line. I am an extremely nervous patient but was made to feel at ease by the whole team who explained the procedure and the options for sedation. I opted to have IV sedation and have no regrets about paying the extra money for this. I did not feel a thing and I don't remember anything about it. In fact, I was told that I was snoring for the last 20 mins of the procedure. The follow up care and advice was excellent with a review booked in 3 weeks after the extraction. Mr Puttur, the Dental Nurses, the reception team and the sedationist delivered exceptional care and understanding which was important to me as a patient, hence why I am giving a 5 star review.

Had an extraction and four implants put in in one session, was worried because I am claustrophobic and likely to have something close to panic attack during the procedure, so I pushed the boat out and had sedation. Everything was fantastic ,easy totally painless, in fact have very few memories of the procedure at all, which took two and a half hours I think. The work itself was fantastic clean efficient the whole episode was better than I could have hoped for.

From start to finish all the team have been amazing at The Ackerman Clinic. Your welcomed with a lovely smile from Fiona on reception and she has such a caring nature it puts you at ease from the moment your enter the business. Let's face it no one really wants to be there. If your like me you dread everything about this kind of business. However I have to say I've had some major work done and at every step the team have been brilliant. Bharath and his wife Saumya are amazing at what they do.Ive had extractions sinus lefts and implants.The nurses are also extremely friendly and compassionate. This company comes highly recommend by me and they all have contributed to an extremely nervous patient having major work done feeling fine about seeing them for treatment. Thats no mean feet in itself. Thank you guys your dedication to patient care has been really recived well by me.

I’ve had a really positive experience with the clinic and its staff. I initially came to see Dr Ackerman for Smile White orthodontic treatment after another dentist dismissed my case due to the alignment of my teeth and wasn’t willing to explore treatment options. During the process, I needed a filling, and Dr Ackerman arranged for me to see a private dentist within the clinic. The repair was completed quickly and to a high standard, allowing my aligner treatment to continue without delay. Throughout my treatment, every visit was thorough and professional. Dr Ackerman was always friendly, approachable, and welcoming, both to me and to my daughter when I occasionally needed to bring her along. My teeth are now beautifully straight, and while my dental journey isn’t quite finished, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the clinic for future treatments such as implants or veneers. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment or other dental work.

I went to the Ackerman clinic to get an extraction of a wisdom tooth that’s been causing me a lot of pain, a filling, and the hygienist. I am a very anxious patient and therefore had conscious sedation. I was really worried about this as I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was mailed information and explained everything. I called up and asked some questions before and I was met with kindness and understanding. On the day of my appointment I met with the team and each one of them were completely understanding and calmed me down. When I was having the IV for my sedation I was very anxious and I was distracted with some conversation and the nurse was very comforting. The whole experience was comfortable and I wasn’t aware of anything at all, so no anxiety, no pain. I can’t express how grateful I am to the team at the Ackerman Clinic, I was so so worried about my treatment and they cared for me so well. Thank you so much

I received excellent service and treatment at the Ackerman clinic by Dr Sharma and Mr Puttur. I required a tooth root removal which was causing gum problems.
